I had an appointment at 9 am yesterday, September 10 to do the paperwork for a 2022 Toyota Highlander. At 9:40, I asked my sales person (Mary Thao) to please check out what is going on. Don’t waste your time!! I waited almost a week to hear back about a highlander I was interested in buying after test driving it, that hadn’t been through inspection yet. I dropped my truck off as there were multiple lights came on my dashboard. I paid $200 for a diagnosis on my 2007 Toyota tundra. The service advisor came back, there are 3 things they found.
I need to replace: Oil leaked, exhaust, and transmission.

First of all I have a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 12,000 miles on it. It came with the 100,000 warranty, we also bought the extra warranty, rust protection and it’s under 15,000 miles so it still has that extra protection on it. Beware Costco Auto Program referrals. We were put in contact with a Costco "rep" and set up an appointment to test drive a specific car. We came pre-qualified for financing with our trade in ready with title and everything. Unfortunately prepared buyers were met with unprepared sellers.
